Eligibility & Requirements:
The people must have high school graduation degree with Arabic & English speaking skills. Also, having 7 to 10 years of working experience in same field. Possessing some more expertise to perform following;
- Responsible for keeping stock of the kitchen inventory and controlling overall things
- Bakes various desserts in a kitchen within a restaurant/ bakery
- Following recipes to create pastries, cookies, and another related foodstuff
- Good communication skills in English
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Preparing a wide variety of food items i.e cakes, pies, bread, etc
- Creating new & exciting desserts to renew available bakery products
- Operating the pastry section of the kitchen while working closely with other staff members
- Also, plan, implement and manage daily operations of the kitchen and maintain all things
- Prepare menus and suggest menu items according to the demand of guests/ customers
- Overseeing baking and food preparation and presentation i.e pastries and dessert items
- Moreover, preparing creams, custards, ice creams, and sorbets bakery items
- Showing a positive attitude towards customers and dealing efficiently with different matters
