Eligibility & Requirements:
The applicants are not bound to bring any degree/ certificate with good English spoken skills. A company will train its employees after hiring. So, people may possess the following requirements;
- The work setting may be in the Client’s home and group home
- Ability to supervise 3 to 4 people and obtain information and prepare required reports
- Responsible for administrative & office activities on a regular basis
- Resolve conflict situations and provide suicide & crisis intervention
- Perform housekeeping activities and food preparation if needed
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills are required
- Possessing NVCI, First Aid, Mandt system training & CRP certificate
