Eligibility & Requirements:
Female candidates having at least a high school graduation certificate will be preferred. Also, spoken skills in Arabic & English language. Must have 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar role. So, talented applicants may possess the following;
- Responsible to perform all activities assigned by the Tzkar Security Sevices in Dubai
- Possessing lifeguard and first aid certification
- Assist in the cleanliness and daily upkeep of the pool area
- Also, safeguard all guest members using pool facilities & give proper guidelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills are needed
- Give awareness to guests about all services and activities available at the pool
- Ensure that proper pool testing has taken place prior to guests using the facility
- Overseeing activities at an aquatic facility and other benefits
- Moreover, assisting with swimming lessons and enforcing rules and regulations set by the pool management
- Able to spot hazards and preventing accidents happening in a pool environment
- Rescues swimmers in distress or danger of drowning in the pool
- Showing friendly behavior towards guests & not getting rude
