Eligibility & Requirements:
The candidates must have a secondary school graduation certificate with English spoken skills. Also,have 1 year to less than 2 years of working experience in the same field. So, possessing some more requirements;
- Responsible for removing existing floor coverings and contaminants
- Also, inspect, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered
- The work setting may be in residential and commercial areas
- Prepare and install hardwood floors
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Measure, cut, and install carpeting on floors
- Having specialization in vinyl tiles, terrazzo tiles, parquet flooring ceramic tiles, etc
- Perform hardwood intricate patterns flooring, strip flooring, and conductive flooring activities in the working environment
- Handling heavy loads and hand-eye coordination with customers while performing duties
- Able to work in dusty environments on various locations in Canada
- Ability to distinguish between colors and physically fit to perform assigned tasks
- Completing assigned work in a given amount of time
- Awareness of ceramic tiles, linoleum, and marble tiles
