Eligibility & Requirements:
Candidates must have a secondary school graduation degree with Arabic & English spoken skills. Also, have less than 1 year of working experience in a famous restaurant. Possessing the following requirements;
- Responsible for performing all water/ waitress tasks given by the management of the Hotel
- Welcoming and seating guests and trying to resolve their problems
- Also, taking orders from guests and providing required food dishes to these guests
- Communicating with hotel staff effectively in the kitchen
- Memorizing the menu & offering recommendations to upsell desserts/ drink items
- Staying attentive to the needs of customers and being able to sort out them
- Provide customers with menus and serve food & beverages to customers
- Moreover, offers restaurant & cafe menus, processes food and drink orders
- Follow the rules and procedures set by the Restaurant
- Effective interpersonal skills are required
- Assist with lunch and diner orders and able to make them on time
- Good looks and personality will matter in high-class Hotel/ Restaurants
- Stay calm and patient while dealing with customers and restaurant staff
- Serving tables according to required meal orders
- Preparing bills and giving them to the required guests/ customers
