Eligibility & Requirements:
The candidates have a secondary school graduation certificate and will be trained by the compnay.
- Responsible for operating heavy equipment and computer-controlled equipment
- Possessing heavy equipment operator trade certification
- Having specialization in a bulldozer, loader, concrete pump equipment, forklift & front end loader
- Work expertise in backfilling, slopping & banking, trenching, and excavation
- Good communication skills are needed
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Expertise in working in ICI (Industrial commercial institutional) construction
- Clean & lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks
- Utilize material safety data sheets (MSDS)
- Moreover, operate GPS and other navigation equipment to accomplish required tasks
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment & apply techniques
- Secure special attachments to equipment & then process further action
- Able to operate two-way radios and other communication machinery
- Familiar with the latest techniques used to operate excavation machines and repair them if needed
- Deal with customer and staff members to discuss work-related issues
- Provide full assistance and tries to handle difficult situations
