Eligibility & Requirements:
The candidates are brought to at least secondary school graduation with a related diploma to perform tasks. Good English as well as Arabic speaking skills. Also, having 1 year f working experience in a famous hotel/ restaurant. Possessing the following vital requirements;
- Responsible to operate all tasks running smoothly in the kitchen of the Restaurant
- Involve a variety of tasks within the Restaurant which are very important
- Hiring and training new staff and assigning them duties
- Also, managing schedules and ensuring compliance with food health and safety requirements
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Effective interpersonal and time managing skills
- Facing different customers and giving guidance about their confusion
- Supervise to support broader restaurant staff by waiting tables/ seating guests
- Moreover, taking charge of responding to customer complaints and timely resolving them
- Ensure that food dishes are made properly and quality food items will be delivered
- Provide full assistance to new guests and show great customer skills to handle them
- Supervise waiters, kitchen staff, and other related staff to manage overall operations in the Hotel
