Eligibility & Requirements:
The willing people may bring secondary school graduation with related diploma holders. Also, able to speak and write the English language. Having less than 1 year of working experience in the cooking/ kitchen field. Possessing the following skills to perform actions;
- Responsible for operating and maintain cleaning kitchen equipment and tools
- Also, washing dishes, chine ware, flatware, etc
- Clean and sanitize crockery, and kitchen vessels, sweeping and mopping floors
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Arabic language to deal with local customers/ guests
- Maintain the kitchen, dishwashing, and back areas in an inspection-ready condition
- Perform work in accordance with the local authority and hotel guidelines
- Moreover, perform basic administrative tasks i.e answering phones, taking reservations, & giving basic information
- Ensures clean kitchen areas at all times by scraping food from dirty dishes
- Presenting menus to customers in an organized way
- Refilling glasses and cleaning empty plates at the end of any event
- Control food items in storage rooms, walk-in fridges, and kitchen utensils
- Welcoming guests and guides to sitting anywhere in the hotel/ restaurant
