Eligibility & Requirements:
Candidates must have a secondary school graduation certificate with good English speaking. Also, have 1 to 2 years of working experience in the farm supervision field. Working an outdoor worksite environment & possessing the following;
- Responsible for supervising & coordinating the work of general farm workers & harvesting laborers
- Ability to supervise at least 5 to 10 persons
- Having specialization in apples and cherry crops
- Also, develop work schedules and establish procedures
- Physically demanding and handling a large workload at the site
- Maintain quality control and records of production items within the Farm
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and adjust faults if needed
- Moreover, ensure farm safety & bio-security procedures are followed or not
- Working on a tight schedule and giving 100% at the end of the week
- Supervise & oversee growing and other crop-related operations
- Control work records and logs, hire and train newly recruited staff
- Work as a Team player and perform organized work
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of all working details within the farmhouse & then take work from employees
