- Responsible for maintaining good working relationships with suppliers
- Able to Identify ways to decrease restaurant operational costs
- Also, overseeing activities of restaurant staff & taking orders
- Effective time management skills
- Excellent communication skills are required
- To achieve exceptional customer service & ensure that customers have a pleasant experience
- Monitoring restaurant cash flow and setting outstanding bills
- Resolving customers’ issues in a professional manner
- Screening, hiring, and training restaurant staff on various occasions
- Checking on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service

- Control food preparation activities, storage areas of food items
