Eligibility & Requirements:
The applicants must have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate with good English skills. Also, have 7 months to less than 1 year experience in the supervision field under any reputable company. So, people who are applying will possess the following;
- Able to train workers in duties and policies
- Coordinate activities with workers in all the departments of the company
- Also, establish work schedules and procedures, prepare and submit reports
- Perform work in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word Outlook etc
- Possessing administrative skills and dealing with telephone and data entry clerks
- Ensure smooth operation of equipment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ensure smooth operation of equipment within the company
- Moreover, requisition/ order materials and supplies
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Supervise at least 5 to 10 people
- Effective interpersonal skills are needed
