The candidates must have a Secondary School graduation certificate & good English skills. Also have CRP certification with related skills. Requires 1 to 2 years of working experience in the same field. So, eligible candidates should possess;
- Address customer’s complaints & problems & try to reduce them
- Take/ cancel and change room reservations & resolve work-related problems
- Register arriving guests & assign rooms
- Provide information on hotel facilities & services
- Also, process group arrivals and departures & calculate charges and receive payments
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Able to use Word processing software, MS Excel, MS Word, Central Reservation System, MS Outlok & Multi-line switchboard
- Perform front desk duties & conduct training sessions
- Effective interpersonal skills are needed
- Moreover, conduct performance reviews & able to work in Hotel/ Motel/ Resort
- Follow emergency and safety procedures, handle wake-up calls
- Maintain inventory of vacancies, reservations & room assignments
- Establish work schedules & enforce policies and procedures
- Balance cash & complete balance sheets & Cash reports
