Eligibility & Requirements:
The candidates possess high school/ equivalent certification with good English speaking skills. Also, 7 months to less than 1 year of working experience in the painting field and decorating them efficiently. Possessing some more skills/ requirements;
- Responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted
- Apply paint/ wallpaper and other materials according to the required shape
- Also, apply various paints and finishes to exterior and interior surfaces
- Good communication skills are required
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Expertise in drywall taping/ patching steam cleaning etc
- Repair cracks and holes and use hydro-blasting
- Able to perform coating i.e metalized coatings, multi-color finishes, paint spraying, dipping, etc
- Measure and apply wallpaper & other fabrics to walls
- Operate equipment i.e patterned roller, roller painting, and brush painting
- Moreover, mix paint to the desired texture and color
- Use airless spray, conventional spray, or multi-ratio pump spraying according to need
- Knowledge about lead-based removal & encapsulation and tank linings etc
- Work with steel-toed safety boots and take initiatives where required
- Physically fit and having hand-eye coordination with workers
