Eligibility & Requirements
There is no degree/ certificate required but having English spoken skills. Also, having more than 5 years of working expertise in the farming field. Possessing the following skills to perform efficiently assigned tasks;
- Responsible to maintain quality control and production records
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and other equipment used in the field
- Expertise in apiary management and automated honey extractor
- Also, hire and train staff for required work
- Good communication skills are needed
- Time management and interpersonal skills
- Coordinate and schedule general work workers & harvesting laborers etc
- Oversee & supervise breeding & livestock related programs
- Detection and treatment of bee diseases
- Moreover, develop schedules of work and establish procedures
- Knowledge of bee biology, wax stamping beehives, and apiary work
- Perform general farm duties and maintain work records performed in the farmhouse
- Deal with honey farms, honey bees, and harvesting honey
- Ensure farm safety and security procedures are properly followed
- Handling heavy loads up to 30 kg within the farmhouse
- Work as a team player and perform duties according to instructions given by the management
