Eligibility & Requirements:
The candidates have a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma or equivalent certificate. Also, having good English speaking skills &1 to less than 7 months working experience in the same field. Possessing some more requirements;
- Responsible to greet people & direct them to service areas
- Willing to work in health care institution, facility/ clinic
- Also, obtain & process information required to provide services
- Maintain work records and logs, send invoices of medical products
- Good communication skills are needed
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Order office supplies and calculate billing charges
- Perform clerical duties i.e filing, sorting, and distributing mail
- Receive and issue payments, record, and relay information
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Spreadsheet, Electronic medical records, etc
- Answer telephone & relay calls and messages from customer
- Schedule and confirm appointments
