Requirements & Eligibility:
The candidates must have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate with good English skills. Experience an asset. Furthermore, people must possess the following;
- Coordinate, assign, and review work that is assigned by the management
- Also, assist clients and guests with special needs i.e their desired things, etc
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Perform the same duties as workers supervised
- Able to work in motel, hotel and resort
- Coordinate activities with other departments and requisition materials & supplies
- Moreover, resolve work-relevant problems and prepare & submit progress and reports
- Ensure smooth operation of computer systems according to requirement
- Ability to handle equipment & machinery used in working
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Ability to supervise at least 2 people minimum and maximum 15
- Having interpersonal awareness and taking the initiative to perform the required work
