Eligibility & Requirements
The candidates are possessing high school graduation certificates with good English spoken skills. Also, having 3 to 5 years of working expertise in the same carpenter profession. Able to perform the following tasks;
- Supervise the work of other staff members within the working environment
- Willing to travel and have own vehicle
- Fit and install windows, stairs, doors, moldings, and other related hardware
- Prepare layouts in conformance with building codes using measuring tools
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Time management and technical skills are required
- Work with steel-toed safety boots and physically fit to perform all tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and sketches to determine specifications
- Calculate requirements and perform according to the instructions provided
- Build foundations and erect walls and roof system
- Moreover, install floor beams and lay subflooring
- Measure, assemble, and join materials made of wood
- Cut, shape, and make wood subtitles materials, lightweight steel, etc
- Handling heavy loads and performing Overtime to complete work on time
- Showing good behavior while dealing with clients and other competitors
- Ability to operate all latest equipment used in wood carpenter field
