Eligibility & Requirements
The people will possess secondary school graduation certificates with English speaking ability. Also, having 2 to 3 years of working expertise in the furniture finishing field. To perform the following tasks and run smoothly all activities;
- Stain/ finish wood to the specified color that is instructed by the client
- Apply lacquer or other sealers whichever is suitable
- Strip old finish from the wood surface
- Make minor repairs to furniture and will be ready for the customer on the required date
- Good communication skills are needed
- Effective interpersonal & time management skills
- Sand metal furniture to prepare for the finishing touch
- Spray with paint or relevant materials to complete them
- Clean polish and wax furniture items in a quick manner
- Smooth gouges with wood filler and sand wood
- Apply toner, glazes/ shaders to obtain the desired finish
- Moreover, decorate wood surfaces and using power and hand tools
- Ability to handle 20 kg weight easily
- Work as a team player and perform repetitive tasks
