Eligibility & Requirements:
The people who are willing must have college-level education with Arabic & English spoken skills. Also, having 3 to 5 years of working expertise in the same profession. Perform the following tasks in an organized manner;
- Responsible to perform booking auxiliary services i.e hotels, transfer, meet and tours, etc
- Keen on handling business travel with vast expertise with GDS
- Awareness of the latest technologies used in the same field
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with the Arabic language to deal with local people
- Effective interpersonal skills are needed
- Determining the needs of clients & suggesting suitable travel package
- Supplying travelers with pertinent information & useful holiday materials
- Organizing travel matters i.e. including tickets, accommodation, transportation, etc
- Assist clients to identify their ideal travel package
- Moreover, advising clients about suitable travel expenses and other details
- Provide information about travel i.e prices, customs, weather conditions and reviews, etc
- Maintain professional image as per organization quality standards
- Use all equipment to make work more easy and organized way
- Showing good behavior while dealing with guests/ customers
