Eligibility & Requirements:
The candidates will collect matric level education with diploma/ short course certification in the fashion field. Also, having 1 to 2 years of working expertise in the same profession. Perform the following tasks immediately when ordered;
- Responsible to greet customers in a timely and engaging manner
- Also, understand and maintain customer private information in accordance with company privacy standards
- Provide honest and confident feedback to clients regarding products style and fit
- Familiarity with Fashion brands and providing required brand items to respective ladies
- Good communication skills in English & Arabic language
- Outstanding interpersonal skills are required
- Consistently seek new fashion & product knowledge to act as an expert for customers
- Moreover, building lasting relationships with customers by contacting them
- To follow up on purchases and suggest new merchandise
- Invite special clients to upcoming fashion events
- Work one-on-one with customers while showing required products
- Ensure that customers are satisfied with product brands and sell them
- Complete daily tasks regularly & perform overtime if needed by the shop
- Showing professionalism while dealing with clients
