Eligibility & Requirements:
Applicants must have a secondary school graduation certificate with good English-spoken skills. Also, having 2 to 3 years of working experience in supervising construction-related projects. So, people may possess the following requirements;
- Responsible for supervising workers and projects as assigned by the company
- Also, resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
- Read blueprints and drawings before starting any project & then decide on further performance
- Having specialization in the maintenance and construction of various buildings

- Good communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills are required
- Train or arrange new workers for training to perform well
- Set up equipment at site and order materials, equipment, and supplies if needed
