Eligibility & Requirements:
The applicants will have secondary school graduation degrees with good English and Arabic speaking. Also, having less than 1 year of working experience in the same position. People may possess the following requirements;
- Responsible for surveying a body of water and conducting rescues where needed
- Also, speaking with swimmers to enforce swimming rules & follow them
- Keeping track of all swimmers in the water monitor their movements
- Administering first aid to those swimmers who are injured during swimming
- Excellent communication skills are needed
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Perform various shifts and job duties to manage all things
- Maintaining a clean pool environment
- Organizing and overseeing pool parties
- Moreover, opening and closing the pool each day according to scheduled hours
- Monitoring weather reports making sure guests remain safe & secure
- Treat the pool with the correct amount of chemicals regularly
- Control activities of swimmers in pool areas, identifying any safety issues during shift timings
- Give directions to swimmers out of water in dangerous conditions
- Providing lessons and coaching team to newcomers when needed
