Eligibility & Requirements:
No specific education is needed but candidate have English & Arabic speaking skills. Also, having 1 to 2 years of working expertise in the same profession. The willing persons must perform the following roles to accomplish tasks;
- Perform hostess tasks and is vigilant to their work
- Assist in induction training of new employees
- Also, greet customers upon their arrival & assist them if needed
- Taking order to minimize their waiting period
- Good communication skills are required
- Time management & interpersonal skills
- Ensure proper cleanliness & organization of all work areas to facilitate customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager of the company
- Participate in the restaurant closing process by checking the condiment’s expiry date properly to cleaning
- Clean tables & count dirty lines, placing them in laundry baskets also
- Moreover, clean & polish restaurant equipment, crockery, cutlery & chinaware using defined methods to guarantee proper maintenance
- Monitor the status of placed orders & encouraging supporting staff for faster preparation of orders
- Maintain a cheerful, friendly attitude towards customers while correctly operating a cash register
- Knowledge of all the latest technologies used in the same field
