The applicants must have intermediate/ college level education with Arabic and English spoken skills. Also, have 1 to 2 years of working experience in the data entry field. So, possessing the following skills to perform work;
- Responsible for performing all data entry work given by the company
- Prepares, compiles, and sorts various documents for data entry
- Also, transfer information from paper to computer files using a keyboard, data recorders/ optical scanner, etc
- Verifies and logs receipt of data
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective interpersonal & time management skills
- Transcribe source data into the required electronic format
- Entering customer and account data from source documents within a limited time
- Able to use data entry software, applications, and other resources which are used for data entry purposes
- Operate databases provided by the company and retrieve information
- Contain all entries within daily time and record your work as a backup
- Maintain database of employees and enter their information carefully
- Update/ edit data as instructed by the particular person
- Collecting relevant data and then entering in an organized manner
- Follow rules and regulations set by the company
