No degree, certificate, or diploma is required. Able to speak and write the English language. 7 months to less than 1 year experience is needed, possessing the following skills;
- Ability to perform sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and was floors & stairs
- Wash windows, ceilings, and interior walls
- Also, clean & disinfect bathroom and fixtures
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal & time management skills
- Work with minimal supervision & perform safety and security checks
- Empty trash containers and waste cans regularly

- Take initiative and perform organized work
- Clean snow and ice from parking areas and walkways etc
- Water and tend to plants, gardens, and lawn areas within the company premises
- In contact with contractors for maintenance of the establishment items
