The candidates have secondary school graduation certificates with Arabic & English language skills. Also, possessing 1 to 2 years of working experience in the labouring field. Able to perform the following tasks;

- Preparing digging trenches and unloading building materials
- Use hand tools i.e shovels/ picks while operating machinery
- To help with work & assist crews with other necessary tasks

- Load and unload tools, set up equipment used in the construction field
- Performing several tasks to aid daily operations at construction sites
- Control all safety standards, builds and install materials

- Overseeing housekeeping activities in working areas
- Demolition of construction projects as instructed by the management
