Eligibility & Requirements:
The persons have good English spoken skills & possessing intermediate/ college level education. Also, having less than 1 year of working experience in the same field. Perform the following skills to accomplish required tasks;
- Responsible to oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly
- Also, ensure compliance with food safety and regulations
- Resolve customer complaints in time
- Good communication skills in English
- Time management & effective interpersonal skills
- Train & supervise new restaurant staff
- Managing schedules & ensuring all standards are followed or not
- Oversee all front & back the house restaurant operations
- Control day-to-day operations of the cafe and food department of the Restaurant
- Holding keys for the security of the Restaurant
- Supervise all kitchen and dining room activities
- Must ensure the quality of all food items is neat and clean before making a food dish
- Moreover, assist the restaurant manager in directing & organizing the staff
- To provide efficient & friendly services to customers in all areas of catering operations
- Respond accurately to all complaints received by the clients
- Evaluate the performance of workers on a regular basis
