Eligibility & Requirements
The certificate/ degree is not mandatory for this position but having good English spoken skills. Possessing experience in the same field will be an asset for employees. To perform the following tasks on daily basis;
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials from one place to another
- Mix, pour, and spread materials
- Read and interpret blueprints and perform work accordingly
- Also, clean and pile salvaged materials
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Outstanding interpersonal & time management skills
- Assist n framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
- Assist heavy equipment operators and guide them where to be landed the equipment
- Willing to work in residential places and handle heavy loads
- Physically fit and handle weight upto 45 kg easily
- Work with steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, and safety glasses
- Moreover, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms and ramps etc
- Working with scaffolding, catwalks shoring and barricades, etc
- Awareness of all the latest machinery used in the field and applying them where required
- Showing good behavior towards clients and staff members during duty hours
- Work as a team player and try to complete work on time
