Eligibility & Requirements:
The candidates must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma with good English spoken skills. Also, I have 1 to 2 years of working experience in the Farm House/ related field. Moreover, candidates must have specialization in Agriculture crop service and possess the following skills;
- Perform general farm duties
- Also, operate & maintain farm machinery and equipment, Maintain work records & logs
- Ability to supervise more than 20 people
- Moreover, maintain financial and production records
- Maintain quality control & develop work schedules & establish procedures
- Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers & harvesting laborers
- Supervise and oversee growing other corp-related operations
- Work as a Team Player & focus on immediate results
- Ensure farm safety and biosecurity procedures are followed/ not
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills are required
- Must have a valid driving license
