Eligibility & Requirements:
The candidates must have good English spoken & oral skills. Also, having secondary school certification experience is an asset in the driving field. Furthermore, people must possess the following skills;
- Operate computer-aided communications & dispatching equipment
- Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other relevant issues
- Record mileage, repairs, fuel use & other expenses
- Also, dispatch personnel according to schedule & work orders
- Maintain vehicle operation work record
- Ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries
- Perform general office duties & monitor workloads & locations
- Moreover, assist with the maintenance of communications equipment
- Vast knowledge of highway trucking & associated rules & regulations
- Follow-up on issues with work orders in a proper manner
- Having excellent oral & written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Focus on the client & perform organized work in a given time
- Valid Heavy driving license is required
- Work as a Team Player & give positive outcomes
