The candidates must have a Secondary school graduation certificate with excellent English-spoken skills. Also, have 1 to 2 years of working experience in a house/ related place. So, people who are applying should possess the following skills;

- Knowledge about blueberry crops & how to cultivate them

- Ability to supervise farm workers who perform their activities regularly
- Good communication & management skills are required
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Organize & coordinate planting, cultivating & crop harvesting activities

- Moreover, raising and breeding of livestock and poultry
