Eligibility & Requirements:
The candidates must have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Also, having good oral & spoken skills in the English language. Moreover, the company will train the employees.
- Ability to plant, cultivate & irrigate crops
- Operate & maintain farm machinery & related equipment
- Also, harvest crops in an efficient way
- Fertilize and spray to assigned crops
- Clean stables, barns, pens and barnyards, etc
- Must have operating related machinery in Corps i.e Tractor, Farm Truck & combine harvester, etc
- Able to operate Loader & tillage equipment at workspace
- Should know about Wheat farming & other grain farming
- Good communication & presentation skills are needed
