Eligibility & Requirements:
Applicants must have a high school graduation degree along with relevant certification. Also, able to speak both Arabic & English language. Having 1 to 2 years of working experience in the data entry field;
- Responsible for performing all office-related work and clerical duties as well
- Familiarity with administrative responsibilities and guidance accordingly
- Typing speed and accuracy are a must
- Able to perform work in MS Office and other related data programs
- Good communication skills are required
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Expertise in using office equipment i.e fax machines and scanners etc
- Proven data entry work experience in the company & provide full services like Data Entry Specialist
- Knowledge of working in data entry software/ applications used in the company’s office
- Managing files of employees, records of stock, records of workers and their next schedule, etc
- Moreover, deal with staff members and visitors in an efficient manner
- Working under tight deadlines and meeting the next schedule in the time frame
