Eligibility & Requirements
Candidates must have the required trade certification/ diploma holder in the electrical field. Able to speak the English language. Perform the following tasks to gain more experience while working
- Responsible for working in construction. commercial, residential, and installation environments
- Diagnose and troubleshoot various electrical issues in the building
- Showing professionalism in customer service
- Renovate electrical systems in residential and commercial structures
- Also, install surface mount/ overhead cables
- Excellent communication skills are required
- Outstanding interpersonal & time management skills
- Troubleshoot and isolate faults in an organized manner
- Install underground wiring and cables
- Splice, join, and connect wires
- Ground and bond electrical equipment systems and structures including swimming pools & hot tubs etc
- Design and construct service for single/ multimeter installations
- Read and interpret maps, blueprints, and specifications
- Moreover, replace and repair electrical controls and panel boxes
- Instruct apprentices and possess electrical trade certification
- Efficiently deal with conventional electrical devices
- A valid driving license is required for driving purposes
- Use of hard hat, steel-toed safety boots, safety gear, etc
- Ability to adjust various wiring within construction buildings to remove faults
- Willing to work in confined spaces in Canada
