Eligibility & Requirements:
The people must have secondary school graduation certificates/ equivalent certifications. Also, having 1 to 2 years of working experience in noisy environments. Possessing following requirements to perform tasks;
- Responsible to supervise and check the assembly of trays in the catering area
- Establish work schedules and supervise 5 to 10 food servers
- Maintain records of stock, sales, wastage, repairs, etc
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and physically fit to perform work accurately
- Good communication skills in English
- Outstanding interpersonal & time management skills
- Have knowledge of establishment culinary genres
- Work under pressure on tight deadlines
- Address customer complaints and prepare budget & cost estimates
- Coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in performing job duties, safety procedures, and sanitation work
- Moreover, estimate & order ingredients and supplies of food items to various places
- Prepare and submit daily reports and check progress every month
- Strictly follow the rules set by the company & order to obey all employees working under his supervision
- Work as a team player and deal efficiently with customers
- Satisfy the needs of clients and provide all required things
