The candidates will have a high school graduation certificate with English spoken skills. Also, have 1 to 2 years of working experience in the same field. So, people may possess the following;
- Applicants are ready to work in an Apartment/ Condominium Complex
- Use of power tools while performing different tasks
- Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
- Perform safety and security checks, minor repairs on appliances
- Also, perform routine maintenance jobs i.e painting and drywall repair
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
- Make adjustments and repairs to HVAC systems & contact tradesperson for minor repairs
- Moreover, empty trash cans and other waste containers
- Move heavy furniture, supplies, and equipment
- Ability to handle 25 kg weight easily
- Possessing caretakers and building superintendents’ specific skills
- Perform administrative tasks to complete assigned work in a given amount of time
