Eligibility & Requirements:
The candidates must have at least a secondary school graduation degree with Arabic & English speaking skills. Also, having 1 to 2 years of working experience in the same profession. So, possessing the following requirements;
- Airport Attendants must be responsible for ensuring the safety & comfort of passengers
- Dealing with passengers who are on board an aircraft
- Perform a variety of tasks i.e assisting with boarding & deplaning of various flights
- Providing information about schedules of flights and their destinations
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Good communication skills are required
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Able to communicate with customers through various channels
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic & professional attitude towards customers
- Moreover, responding promptly to complaints/ issues of customers
- Greet customers, welcoming them while they are entering in airport
- Check tickets of passengers & accompany them to their assigned seats
- Prepare & serve drinks and food items to travelers
- Give guidance & assistance for safety to passengers on board aircraft
- To make flights comfortable and stress-free for travelers
- Showing good behavior to those passengers who display a disruptive attitude
