Eligibility & Requirements:
However, No degree, certificate, or diploma is required but the candidate can speak good English. There is no need for experience in the meat cutting field. So, applicants should possess the following skills;
- Shape, lace & tie roasts/ other meats
- Poultry & seafood, remove bones from meat
- Prepare special displays of meat, fish products & poultry
- Also, prepare special orders, cut fish into steaks & fillets
- Cut poultry into parts, trim & prepare standard cuts of meat
- Knowledge of Equipment & Machinery i.e Slicing Machine, Power grinder
- Manual cutting utensils, Band Saw
- Wrap & package prepared meats
- Weigh meats for sale, sell meats to customers
- Moreover, price meat products, clean meats to prepare for cutting
- Having good communication skills in the English language
- Good personality & presentation skills are needed
- The working area is Butcher shop, so people must be prepared for it
