- Responsible for ensuring the safety & comfort of passengers

- Perform a variety of tasks i.e assisting with boarding & deplaning of passengers within the airport
- Good communication skills are needed
- Outstanding interpersonal & time management skills
- Providing information about flight schedules and destinations
- Operating equipment to load and unload luggage within airport premises
- Greeting passengers and checking their tickets before entering the plane
- Directing travelers through different gates of the airport
- Perform security checks before flights take off and offer food items to passengers
- Demonstrate to travelers if any dangerous situation occurs i.e use of parashot, airbags & exit door, etc
- Moreover, ensure that emergency equipment is in functional form or not
- Maintenance of small airports & in-servicing aircraft
- Provide high-quality customers services to passengers and follow up
- Monitor safety standards and activities to maintain high degree standards
