Eligibility & Requirements:
No degree, certificate, or diploma is required but to have at least good English spoken skills. If people having experience in relevant fields is an asset for that employees. So, candidates have the following skills to perform;
- Fill out product inspection reports
- Operate, setup & tend machinery used for mixing, extruding, molding, and curing rubber materials/ products
- Make minor adjustments/repairs to products
- Layout and prepare rubber materials for assembly
- Inspect finished rubber products for defects & conformance to specification & quality standards
- Also, check & monitor product quality and affix seals or tags to approved products
- Adjusting machinery & equipment to the proper setting
- Load/ feed rubber, filler, pigment, oil & chemicals into machines
- Moreover, Operate machines to cut, shape, fit, and splice & cement rubber materials
- To form rubber parts/ finished rubber products
- Mark and re-route defective products for repair/ recycle
- Able to work with safety equipment/ gear
- Handle steel-toed safety boots & safety goggles
- Good communication skills are required
- Perform organized work & work as a Team player
