Eligibility & Requirements:
The candidates must have bachelor’s degree with good English speaking & oral skills. Also, having 2 years of working experience under a reputed company/ organization. So, people who are applying must possess the following skills;
- To serve customers in a friendly manner & to ensure that customer service is delivered accurately in line with the company’s regulations
- To receive goods, checking against documentation, updating databases
- To develop rapport & good working relationship with customers & suppliers
- Also, ensure adherence to stop policies, HR regulations among all other company procedures
- Store stocks safely & orderly, distribute them between stockholding areas & maintain stock records
- Familiar with all latest technologies/ software using in the field
- Monitor & ensure stock replenishment from Warehouses depending on sales & stock
- Moreover, perform merchandising & maintaining designated department is well stocked
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized & disciplined for business operations
- Attend problematic situations & to communicate concerns with Managers for their interventions
