Eligibility & Requirements:
The candidates must have bachelor’s degrees in Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Technology/ Technician, Industrial Production Technologies, etc. Also, having an International organization for Standardization ISO 9000, 9001 quality management certified. Moreover, good English speaking & oral skills. Having more than 5 years of working experience under any reputed company. So, candidates will possess the following skills;
- Develop & conduct production, inventory, and quality assurance programs
- Collect & analyze data and samples
- Also, develop manufacturing and processing procedures
- Read blueprints and drawings
- Assist in preparing estimates/ schedules, specifications & reports
- Collect and compile operational/ experimental data
- Must be aware of the development of Quality Assurance programs
- Able to work with steel-toed safety equipment
- Excellent oral & written communication
- Take the initiative to fulfill the company’s requirements
- Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, AutoCAD, MS Outlook, and Computer-aided design (CAD), etc
- Work as a Team player & perform organized work
- Effective interpersonal skills are required
- Ability to manage & control subordinate staff
