No degree, certificate, or diploma is needed to apply for this job 7 months to less than 1 year of experience. Possessing the following skills to perform assigned tasks;
- Operate manual cutting utensils and power grinder to perform specified tasks
- Prepare special displays of meats, fish & poultry products
- Working on tight deadlines and being physically fit to perform well
- Good communication & time management skills
- Shape and tie roasts, poultry, seafood, and meats
- Use a slicing machine and mixer & cooker to carry out different work orders
- Remove bones from meat and cut poultry into parts
- Efficient interpersonal skills
- Clean and prepare fish and shellfish, grind meat items
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Able to cut fish into steaks and fillets, slice cooked meats
- Hand-eye coordination and standing extended periods
- Take initiative to perform dependable work
- Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters of various meat items
- Focus on clients’ needs and give orders to them accordingly
- Showing positive behavior while performing duty hours
