Eligibility & Requirements:
The candidates must have a bachelor’s degree/ required field expertise to perform assigned tasks. Also, having good English as well as Arabic speaking skills. Moreover, having 5 to 7 years of working experience in the same field. So, applicants shall possess;
- To prepare plans, drawings, models for site landscaping area
- Reproduce and distribute these models & drawings of site
- Also, carry out site inspection to ensure effective production of plans
- Maintain all important records relating to plans & sketches
- Engage with project team to deliver product on required schedule & time
- Good communication skills are required
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Moreover, utilize proper CAD data management practices according to procedures & processes
- Participate in project meetings & workshops
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to adjust quickly changes in work priorities
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D and other relevant softwares
- Provide input to continous improvement initiatives
- Able to manage budget, targets & timescale of project
- Executive drafting support for project that has been assigned
- Must obey company’s rules & procedures
