Eligibility & Requirements:
The people must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer/ network field with CCNA certified for IT Technicians. Also, having a diploma in electrical/ electronics for Junior Technician. And high school graduation is required for the General Helper vacancy. Moreover, applicants should have 2 to 3 years of working experience in a relevant field. So, possess the following skills;
- Basic understanding of Layer 1, 2 & 3 of Network causes, issues & terminologies
- Understanding of Network operations i.e WAN, LAN & other common Internet protocols
- Familiar with Internet protocols i.e HTTP, FTP, Telnet, SSH, NNTP, ADSL, IPVPN, Ethernet, VoIP, CUCDM, etc
- Ability to lead conference calls during Incident management cycle with stakeholders
- Having 1-year of working exposures in a high-value customer-facing role
- Knowledge of airport baggage handling system/ other scanning devices
- Maintain service baggage handling & HBS Equipment
- Moreover, able to assist technicians and move heavy equipment
- Some cleaning and baggage handling experience
- Good communication & presentation skills are required
