The candidates must have a Secondary school graduation certificate with excellent English spoken & oral skills. Also, having 7 months to 1 year of working experience in the same field. So, people who are willing to apply should possess the following skills;

- Order merchandise and establish work schedules
- Hire & train staff for required work
- Good communication skills are required
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Sell merchandise, prepare reports on sales volume
