Eligibility & Requirements
The persons who are willing to apply must have a secondary school graduation certificate with English speaking skills. Also, having 1 to 2 years of working expertise in the clerical field in the grocery environment. Possessing the following tasks to complete the work;
- Responsible to assign sales workers different duties
- Sell merchandise and supervise at least 3 to 4 people
- Authorize return of merchandise & order merchandise
- Establish work schedules in the office and distribute tasks to the whole staff
- Good communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal & time management skills
- Hire and train staff in various roles to complete assigned work on time
- Prepare reports on sales volume, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Supervise & coordinate activities of workers within the grocery store
- Organize and maintain inventory & placed products in the right places
- Moreover, resolve issues i.e customer complaints and supply shortages, etc
- Perform all clerical tasks i.e drafting, printing, filing, and proofreading important documents
- Able to perform data entry of grocery products on proper record and control all queries etc
- Supervision all work and maintain all issues in a proper way
