Requirements & Eligibility:
The candidates will possess college degree/ engineering degree in related field. Master in current specifications & reqirements of installation budger. Also, able to speak both Arabic & English language. Moreover, 2 to 5 years of working experience is required. Applicanst shall possess following requirements;
- Responsible for compiling/ review the bidding quantity list, price control & bid quotattion in construction projects
- Proficiency in use of engineering budget software
- Also, review related content of construction contract project cost
- Effective interpersonal skills are required
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Cooperate with project department to review quantity & payable price of contractor
- Moreover, participate in joiny review of drawings & forward reasonable suggestions of project cost
- Compiling progress reports, sorting out related material i.e visas, project changes & adjustng contract price etc
- Perform serious and responsible work, pateint ad meticulous
- Well-behaved and loving dedication to assigned work
- Contact with relevant documents i.e engineering cost department, cost audit & others
