Eligibility & Requirements
The applicants have secondary school graduation certificates with English spoken skills. Also, having 1 to 2 years of working expertise in a renowned organization. Perform the following tasks to complete work on time;
- Test and observe electrical & mechanical conditions of equipment
- Replace shafts, bearings, commutators & other components/ parts
- Perform on-site servicing and repair of the machinery
- Use machining tools to fabricate/ recondition parts
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management & interpersonal skills
- Read and interpret blueprints and work accordingly
- Perform static/ dynamic balancing of armatures/ rotors
- Weld or braze different components of the equipment
- Test repaired motors, transformers, and switch gears to ensure proper performance
- Specialty to operate electric motors, shafts, switches, rotors, coils, armatures, and transformers
- Repair/ replace faulty wiring/ components in electrical switchgear
- Perform some machining to recondition commutators and modify shafts etc
- Moreover, instruct apprentices and install various types of coils
- Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical equipment
- Physically demanding and strong nerves to perform difficult tasks
- Ready to work in service, repair, testing, and on-site customer services environments
- Work as a team player to complete daily tasks
