Eligibility & Requirements
The candidates bring up college/ CEGEP certificates along with CRP and First Aid Certifications. Also, having behavior management certification & Developmental services workers training. Having 2 to 3 years of teaching expertise in any renowned institution. Perform the following tasks in the most organized way;
- Assist with classroom inventory
- Help students in small groups with assignments & reinforce learning concepts
- Guide individual students to retention concepts under the supervision of a class teacher
- Monitor and report student’s progress to a classroom teacher
- Effective interpersonal skills are needed
- Excellent communication & time management skills
- Assist students with integration into classroom & school setting
- Moreover, monitor students during recess and lunch timings
- Accompany students during activities in school laboratories, libraries, and resource centers
- Using tape recorders & other audiovisual electronic equipment to guide students in a detailed way
- Assist teachers n the operation of the projectors while they deliver lectures to students
- A valid driving license is mandatory for a job

- Operate classroom environment in the absence of a class teacher
- Try to resolve conflicts and issues of the students
